Viaventure Example Event
Just to share a new product to give you an idea what we do - feel free to add your own of course - as we know more about each other we can better sell each other. We did an incentive group from Poland last week and did our Camping in Uaxactun Temples...
They drive the 4x4s on the jungle road to the site, then camp and dine actually within the temple complex and we have land a few mins walk away where we built nice toilets and showers. We do it all with the local community and offer the same product (less candles) for FITs.

UPDATE on ATTA Summit, TMLA & Newsletter
Hi Team
Viaventure is all signed up to the ATTA Summit in Mexico as well as TMLA in Brazil and we hope as many of you as possible will also do the same. Let me know if I can assist with this in any way.
ATTA SUMMIT - OCT 17 to 20
It seems that ATTA are keen for us to do some kind of event at the summit and will let us all be together in the marketplace for those that join up - Tony met them at ITB and has more news on that soon. Zach and Rebecca continue looking into a possible venue and event and perhaps they and Tony could liase about what ATTA said at ITB.
TMLA - BRAZIL - SEPT 11 to 13
Douglas is looking into an evening event at TMLA in Sep. probably a low key, early evening event before some of the big companies have their parties! Also a possible 3-5 day pre or post event that we can invite operators on and attend ourselves to support our networking / marketing at the event.
NEWSLETTER
Douglas is working on compiling / tidying up the database of contacts so that we can send out our first newsletter in May. He will be contacting you soon about sending news stories and photos to him so please be prompt in sending these to him ASAP when he asks for them and in the format that he asks for.
ITB
Please send contacts made and comments about ITB to Becky as soon as you can.
FEES
If you have not yet paid your fees to Marcelo please do so as soon as possible.
FLYER
Becky is working on a new version of the flyer which includes Coast to Coast - please other members send any updates to your text or photos that you would like included in this new version. I will send the new version out as soon as I have it for everyone's comments.
